Part Time Office Assistant


Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:; ensures a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere; answers phone and redirects calls as needed; maintains participant files, both hard copy and via electronic database; The ability to adapt to new technology and ability to multi-task in an office environment with frequent interruptions is required. This position requires the ability to anticipate tasks that need to be done and to work independently with initiative to accomplish tasks while simultaneously completing the daily routine work. 

Suggested skills:
- Comfortable working a computer and software programs.
- Work in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Management of paperwork and filing system.
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Extremely detail oriented.
